Shipping & Returns



Orders must be placed by 18th December for Christmas delivery in the Republic of Ireland and by the 16th for Northern Ireland. We will be closed for holidays from the 22nd Dec to the 4th January. Delivery Charges: We have a standard flat rate of €6.00 for postage up to 10kg in weight.

Free Delivery: For orders over €65, up to 10kg in weight.

Shipping rates quoted above only apply for shipping within Ireland.

European deliveries can be arranged, however the cost of shipping will depend on where its going.  You can contact us at  where we can quote you the shipping rates for our country. All payments on our site and to us will be in Euro’s. Please do not put through order till we confirm shipping is available to your country

We will email you when we receive your order and again when your order is dispatched with your tracking number. All our deliveries are sent via An Post.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive from date of dispatch.  If you do not receive your order within this time period, please email us at  so we can resolve this matter for you immediately. Please include your order number with email.

We do our best to get all orders dispatched within 1-3 working days of order date. However, please allow a little longer for the busy periods.

If you need an order in a hurry, you can contact us at the above email address, and we will do what we can to get it to you sooner. You will need to contact us before placing your order to avail of this service as it is not guaranteed. Our free shipping and standard shipping rates do not apply for express delivery, we will inform you of shipping costs on the day, before you place your order.

If your order is over 10kg, we will contact you with shipping rates before we send your order.


We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not, we offer a 14 day return from the date you receive your order. Return costs are not covered by us.

To Return an order you must notify us first at:   Please include your order number with email and we will send you details on how to return your item/items to us. Please note, that you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us

Items been returned must be unused and in perfect condition. Please use the original packaging to return your products, if you have discarded the packaging your products were wrapped in, please ensure that the products are sufficiently wrapped so as not to get damaged in transit. Items returned to us damaged or in an un-sellable condition will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

We advise you to get a tracking number from your chosen courier for your return as we are not liable for items that go missing.

You will receive an email from us when we process your return.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method, minus the shipping cost. We will issue your refund as soon as we process your return but please allow up to 20 days for your bank or card issuer to refund to your account. We go to great lengths to ensure your package and products arrive in perfect condition, however some packages can get damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at :  Alternatively, you can contact us via Whats App on 086 127 1603 Please include your Order Number and photos of damaged stock/packaging so we can get the matter resolved for you immediately, we will contact you via phone or email if this happens.


If you think that your item/items are faulty, please contact us immediately at   Please enclose your order number and one of us will contact you via phone or email.  Do not use/burn any item/items that you think are faulty or damaged.
